By using Geek Bothy LTD’s website, Facebook page, Instagram or book onto one of our workshops and parties you consent to our privacy policy.
When you purchase something from our website, through our Facebook page and Instagram or book onto a workshop as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
If you are a Maker or Artists that stock you creations within our shop we will hold your name, address, email, phone number and bank details to allow us to contact you with details of sales or customer orders. These details will never be made public or shared with a third party without prior consent.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, place an order, agree to sell within our shop, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to us collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Geek Bothy use trusted third party processor in PayPal for card transactions and Big Cartel for our website who use a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
• INFORMATION SHARING
Geek Bothy do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
• CARD PAYMENTS
Geek Bothy do not store any credit/debit card details on our system. All in shop card payments are made using PayPal card machine and app.
Paper till receipts do not show card details and text/email receipts are only sent when details are given by your permission and these details are not stored.
